MINUTES OF THE GEORGETOWN TOWNSHIP FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING HELD OCTOBER 4, 2007

Moved by Richard VanderKlok, seconded by Daniel Carlton, to approve the minutes as presented.

MOTION CARRIED.

#071004-02 - The proposed Board agenda for October 4, 2007 was reviewed and discussed.

#071004-03 – Authorize a Change Order in the Contract for the Non-Motorized Path on 44^th St.

Moved by Bill Holland, seconded by Richard VanderKlok, to recommend to the Township Board to approve the change order in the contract for the installation of non-motorized path on 44^th St. from 8^th Ave. west to Chicago Dr. to deduct the amount of $20,000 for a culvert that does not have to be constructed and to add the amount of $9,900 to complete the installation of a portion of non-motorized path east of 14^th Ave. for a net savings of $10,000.
