MEMBERSHIP

All parties purchasing property in the Summerset West plat automatically become members of the Summerset West Homeowners Association, which shall be controlled by an elected board.  The Summerset West Homeowners Association shall be responsible for the general interest of its members, as well as the maintenance of the Association Park area, storm water retention basin, and sign.  Each lot in the Summerset West plat shall be represented by one vote.  Expenses of the Summerset West Homeowners Association shall be borne equally, in the form of annual dues, assessed against each lot.  Lot owners are only entitled to vote on expenses of the Summerset West Homeowners Association if their annual dues are current.
