2006 MAY REPORT
DPW DEPARTMENT
- The
new GT9 Meter/Booster Station has the roof on, ceiling in, walls and
ceiling painted and the floor should be poured the week of May 29 through
June 2. All brick work is complete
and the fascia and soffit are installed. The station should be operational by mid

- The
damaged water/sewer truck is now back in service.
- 2006
valve exercise program is progressing well with very few problems.
- The
cul-de-sac flushing program is complete with a special thank you to the Fire
Department for their labors.
- The
Sewer GIS map is being reviewed for final printing and will be a great
asset to our list of tools in operating that department.
- The
communication lines for the water metering stations will stay ISDN for the
time being. At a later time we will
look into and review the possibility of using WI – FI communications.
- We
have approximately 16 homes in the Parade of Homes within the township.
- Our
Air Release Program is still being addressed and progressing slow.
- We
still have about 37 residences on the Dry Sewer program.
- 105
new homes under construction
- 25 new
meters installed
- 19 new
sewer connections
- 63
