SERVICES COMMITTEE MINUTES

JUNE 19, 2006

 

1.          Call to order by Chair R. J. Poel at 7:30 AM

 

2.          Roll Call; Del South, R. J. Poel, 

 

3.          Motion by South, Supported  Poel to approve the minutes of May 15th, Carried

 

4.          Motion by South Supported by Poel to approve the Annual fall curb side leaf pickup for Sat Nov.4th and  Sat Dec 2nd.  Contract will be forthcoming for Board approval,  Carried

 

5.          Rich VanderKlok arrived at 7:36 AM

 

6.          Update by three committee members on information for the Off Leash Dog Run.

 

7.          Del South Took Photos of the park at 1415 Lyons NE, made several observations took notes and will call City Managers Office for more details.

 

8.          R. J. Poel  reported that he spoke with the Supervisor of Park Township received  information on 13 of the 17 questions.

 

9.          Rich VanderKlok will have more information about the Park in Cascade Twp.

 

10.      Committee members to report at next meeting with balance of information requested.

 

11.      Next meeting July 17, 2006.
