minutes of
5. Moved by VanderKlok, second by South to authorize the Clerk to get two bids for 8 metal transfer Ballot boxes. Carried.
6. Authorize the Clerk to appoint all Assistant to the Clerk positions for the Primary Election.
7. Ballots have been order on the amount of 65% for each of the total registered voters in each precinct.
8. Authorize the Clerk to employ Assistants to the Clerk for inter office process of the election during Primary Election, Namely Bruce, Pat, and Paul.
9. Training has been completed for the new AutoMark voter terminal for all Ottawa County Clerks here in the Georgetown Offices.
10. Authorize the Clerk to appoint Precinct Chairs and Co Chairs and Election inspectors for the Primary Election.
11. Election Inspector pay. Chairs and Co-Chairs $180.00 per Day, Approx 15 hour day. $12.00 per hour. Election Inspectors $160.00 per day, approx 15 hour day, $10.66 per hour. All Election Training $10.50 per hour. No mileage for training meetings or visits to the County Clerks Office. Moved by VanderKlok second by South, Carried.
12. After discussion about the new Auto mark voter terminal , it was recommended to incorporate the Chair and Co-Chairs to both Co- Chairs. Moved by South second by VanderKlok, Carried
13. Recommends that the request for Absentee voter list be available from the Clerks office in this form. $.50 per page for all voter list with a minimum of $2.00. Printed list will be available every Monday, Wednesday and Friday AM. Disc of registered voters at a cost of $50.00. Moved by South second by VanderKlok, Carried.
