Commission Subdivision Resurfacing
Plan in the amount of $1,138,478.00

VanderKlok, to approve awarding the cleaning
contract for the Bauer Road elevated tower to the low bidder in the amount
of $3,000.00.

#070423-07 - 2007 Chloride Program
Moved by Del South, seconded by Richard VanderKlok, to
approve the Ottawa County
Road Commission Chloride Program in the estimated amount of $15,356.25.

#070423-08 - Road Closure Request
Moved by Marvin VanSomeren, seconded by Daniel
Carlton, to approve granting the request
for the Road Closure Permit for a block party on Buist
Dr. The Ottawa County Road Commission must issue
the permit, but Township approval is required.
The approval for the request is subject to the following conditions:

Time is no more
than 3 hours between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
·
All blocked property
owners give permission in writing for the closure
·
The applicants
take all necessary steps to make sure the area is safe

Moved
by Del South, seconded by Richard VanderKlok, to approve the purchase of a new
mower for the Parks/Cemetery, a Kohler, 60", 30 HP for $7,936.00 from Westenbroek Outdoor Power Equipment, Jenison, and to sell
the two old mowers (2000 Exmark, approximate
value $6500.00 and 1997 Kubota, front deck, approximate
value $2500.00)

Services Committee (and Parks Director) recommends approval
