The Georgetown Charter Township Water Department operates under the direction of the Department of Public Works Supervisor, Dennis Bishop. The Township Water Department serves over 12,200 customers with water and sewer. The Township purchases water from the City of Wyoming and sewage treatment services from the City of Grandville. The Township is one of ten wholesale customers on the Wyoming water system. We are a distribution system only. All water is produced from Lake Michigan by the City of Wyoming.
