2. Library cards are available to all residents of Georgetown Township. Residents can apply for new or replacement cards at the library or by completing the registration form below. Replacement cards can be mailed but new cards must be picked up at the library. To pick up your card, please present a valid piece of identification with proof of residency. Acceptable forms of identification include current Michigan Driver’s License, current Michigan Identification Card, or current Resident Alien Card. If you are a student and your license does not reflect your Jenison address, please bring proof of residency as well such as a lease agreement or a piece of mail you have received with your name and address. Both the minor and co-signer/legal guardian, need to be present to pick up library cards issued to minors.
